Dr. Giuffrida is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialists to meet the requirements for specialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Giuffrida is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the largest plastic surgery specialty organization in the world. He is also a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) and met the rigorous requirements needed to join this prestigious organization. Dr. Giuffrida earned his medical degree from Tufts Medical School in 1989 after graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Boston College. He graduated a Scholar of the College from B.C. and was recognized for the finest senior research thesis in his graduating class.
